Provenance: Given to Sara Diamond by May Martin [Ansell], who in 1947 was an officer of the HREU Local 28. Diamond interviewed her in 1979. May Ansell [Martin] talked about collecting member lists in anticipation of problems with HREU International who were purging communists from the union.
